Find Wellbeing

Rest for the body. Peace for the spirit.

At San Pablo, we believe caring for the whole person is of spiritual importance. That's why, once a month, we open our sanctuary for no-cost well-being sessions led by local wellness practitioners and offered as an extension of our ministry to one another.

Since our first gathering many have tried these practices for the first time and have described leaving lighter, calmer, and more at peace.

You don't need experience with any of these practices to attend. You just need to show up.

What We Offer

  • Acupuncture - Licensed acupuncturists offer traditional needle therapy to help relieve physical pain, tension, and the kind of stress that settles into the shoulders, back, and jaw when life feels like too much to carry alone.

  • Reiki - A gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) energy practice focused on the body's energy centers, meant to calm the nervous system and restore a sense of balance. Many describe it as deeply peaceful — a chance to simply breathe and be still.

  • Cupping A traditional therapy using suction cups placed on the skin to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and ease chronic aches.

  • Access Bars - A light-touch technique that works with points on the head believed to hold onto old thoughts, beliefs, and stress. Many leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

  • Medicinal Plant - individual or group consultations are available.

Schedule

  • Well-being sessions are offered once a month, year-round, typically on the first Sunday of the month at 1:15 PM, right after worship. All sessions take place in the sanctuary and are open to the congregation and community at no charge.

  • Check the church calendar or bulletin for confirmation of each month's date, as scheduling may shift around holidays and special services.
